Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail second class unless stated otherwise.

Once shipped your order is out of my hands, and it is not my responsibility if your package is lost or damaged.

If your order comes damaged please send me an Instagram direct message , or press "contact me" and I will see what i can do.

When writing your address, please double check it is definitely right !

We do not offer refunds or returns for any lost packages as we are not responsible for postage issues, your package may come back to us from the return address and we are more than happy to re-ship it :)

Orders do not come with a tracking number unless you specifically pay for tracked shipping. Otherwise orders are shipped via second class standard.

All orders will ship within 1-7 days after purchase.
